My name is Ashley Alexa and I am a 22year old swimsuit model currently residing in Tampa, FL. I was born on June 12th in northern Virginia and grew up on the eastern shores of Maryland. As a child, I was totally obsessed with Barbie dolls, beauty, and fashion. So after I graduated high school, I decided to make the big move, all by myself, to sunny Florida to pursue a degree in fashion design. While waitressing at a local restaurant, I was offered a chance to appear in their 2005 calendar and I was absolutely thrilled. The day of my first shoot I felt completely at ease moving in front of the camera. From that moment I KNEW I wanted to establish a successful modeling career. Using the World Wide Web as my tool, it didn’t take long before I was traveling the globe shooting for various calendars, catalogs, and magazines. To this day, I enjoy every last detail of the shooting process- from the wardrobe, to the hair and makeup, to the set design, to the actual shoot, all the way until I am flipping through the pages of a magazine and I see my face.When I am not shooting, I enjoy traveling, going to the beach, relaxing at the spa, playing with my Yorkie-Chihuahua Roxy, watching movies, and reading. Some day I would like to open my own high-end fashion boutique for women as well as meet the right guy and settle down. |
